Starting your plan

Choose personal or business credit, answer three questions, and preview your plan. Create an account or sign in to save it. If you return in the same browser tab, your unfinished answers can be restored for up to 24 hours.

Signing in

Use the same sign-in method you used to create your account. Keep the questionnaire tab open while completing verification. If Google sign-in does not complete, try the email sign-in option offered on the sign-in screen or reopen the site in Safari or Chrome.

Preparing a letter

Save a personal credit plan, then open Dispute letters. Choose a template, enter the specific error and requested correction, review the draft, and download it. You send the letter yourself. See an example.

Download limits

Free accounts have three template downloads per UTC calendar month. The collection unlocks on the first day of the next month at 00:00 UTC. Paid accounts have unlimited template downloads and five AI drafts per month.

Saving or downloading fails

Check your connection and try again. Leave the tab open to keep the current form. If an error appears, use its message to identify whether you need to sign in, complete your plan, or wait for your allowance to reset.

Subscriptions

While paid checkout is unavailable, use the free tools. When subscriptions are available, your workspace shows billing and upgrade options.
