Using AI CreditLab
Updated October 3, 2026.
What the tools do
AI CreditLab provides educational credit action plans, customizable personal dispute letter drafts, and progress tracking. It does not obtain your credit report, contact bureaus or creditors for you, or send your letters. Business credit plans cover a different path; personal dispute letters are not business-report dispute tools.
Your responsibilities
Use your own accurate information. Dispute only specific information you believe is inaccurate. Review every template or AI draft, confirm recipient details, and decide which supporting records to include. Do not submit Social Security numbers or full account numbers through these tools. Keep your account access private.
No guaranteed outcome
Plans and drafts are starting points, not legal or financial advice. AI may make mistakes. We do not guarantee a score increase, approval, correction, or removal of accurate information. Seek qualified help when your circumstances require it.
Free and paid tools
The free plan includes one saved plan and three personal template-letter downloads per UTC calendar month. The template collection locks after the free download allowance is used and unlocks next month. Saved progress and dispute records remain available.
The paid offering is $9.99 per month, with multiple saved plans, unlimited personal template downloads, and five AI drafts per UTC calendar month. Paid checkout may be unavailable while subscriptions are being prepared. Checkout displays the price and applicable billing terms before payment. Manage an active subscription through the billing controls in your workspace.
Service availability
Features may be updated, and services can be temporarily unavailable. Keep your own copies of letters and supporting records. Do not use the service to submit false information, access another person’s records without authorization, or interfere with the application.
